"Online order was fine, but seriously?!"
I tried Cub’s online grocery ordering it was okay but not amazing. The website was easy enough to use, so that part was fine. But then a few items got swapped out, and one item was just completely missing?! Pickup also took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but overall it felt average to me...

"Clean store most days"
The store was clean overall and easy to get around, which made shopping smooth. The bathrooms could probably be checked a little more often, but when I mentioned it, the response was basically, “Thanks for letting us know, we’ll have someone take a look.” Not a bad experience at all, just a small thing to improve.

Checkout was straightforward and my card went through right away. I did have to look around a bit to find the pickup time since it wasn’t super obvious, but other than that it went fine

I used curbside pickup today and it was really smooth. My order was ready quickly, everything was there, and I didn’t run into any issues. Based on this experience, I’d definitely use it again.

I reached out to support and got a reply faster than I expected. They helped fix the issue quickly, which was a relief. If anyone else runs into a problem, I’d say don’t wait around, just contact support, because they were really responsive for me.

This app just makes grocery shopping less of a hassle. It’s easy to find deals, put together my list, and get through the checkout stuff without waiting forever on my phone. I haven’t run into any weird bugs so far either. It’s nice when an app actually works the way it should and respects people’s time.

"Fresh picks every time"
I’ve been ordering from cub.com regularly, i’m kind of impressed. The produce has been fresh every time—lettuce isn’t all wilted, the fruit has been good, and the meat usually has better dates than I expect. It really feels like someone is actually picking decent stuff instead of just grabbing whatever. Makes grocery shopping way easier, which I definitely appreciate.

My orders usually show up right around when they say they will. I did have one that came late, but it wasn’t a huge issue for me. Overall, I’d say the delivery has been dependable enough and I’m happy with it.

"Pretty good, good with substitutions"
I’ve used cub.com a handful of times for grocery pickup, and the substitution thing has been good, good overall. Most of the time they choose something close enough, like the same brand or a similar size, and I really like being able to approve or reject it instead of just being stuck with whatever.
There was one time they swapped in a flavor I really, really didn’t want, so yeah, that was annoying. But in general it saves me time, the workers seem like they’re doing their best, and I’d give it 4 stars

"Refund was handled quickly"
I was expecting the refund thing to turn into a whole back-and-forth, because that’s usually how these things go, right? But no, they actually fixed the issue and got my money refunded fast. I had already started thinking I’d need to follow up again, then it was just sorted.

"Quick and helpful pharmacy experience"
I use the Cub Foods pharmacy for my refills, and it’s been easy, which I appreciate because I’ve been feeling mentally drained lately and don’t have the energy for extra hassle. The staff has been nice, they answer my questions without making it awkward, and my meds are usually ready when they say they will be. I had one small wait once, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it’s been a good experience

I had trouble finding a few things, which felt like they were a little hidden on purpose, but the staff helped me right away. Everyone I talked to was super nice and made the whole thing way easier.

Not gonna lie, I use Cub.com often when I just don’t feel like walking around the store for groceries. The site is easy enough to use, and I can usually find what I need without much trouble.
The main issue is that the inventory isn’t always accurate. I’ve had a few times where something showed as available, but then it got removed from my order later, which is annoying if it was part of what I planned to make for dinner.
Pickup itself is usually smooth, and they do have most of the basics. I just wish the stock updates were a little more reliable, especially when it comes to sale items.

"Pleasantly surprised by the grocery prices"
I’ve been using Cub.com for my usual grocery runs, i’ve been pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the prices are. When I catch the weekly deals, it really feels like I’m saving without having to bounce between a bunch of different stores.
Some things can be a little pricier here and there, but overall I feel like I’m getting good value for what I buy. It’s simple, convenient, and has turned out to be more worth it than I expected.

"Weekly Deals That Actually Help"
I usually hop on cub.com before I do my grocery run, and it’s been helpful. The weekly deals and digital coupons are for things I actually buy, which is a nice change. Last week I saved enough to grab an extra coffee on the way home, so that felt like a small win. The site is easy to use, and it helps me plan my list without messing with paper coupons.
